How You Can Help
1. Build A Flood Bucket
We encourage you or your family to assemble a flood bucket. These buckets help those recovering from flooding. The items for each bucket total around $75.
UPDATE! Matching Grant!
We’re excited to announce that a matching grant has been given by an annonymous donor!
For every floodbucket you make and deliver to KPUMC, another flood bucket will be constructed! So help us extend our ministry, grace and resources!
Here’s a video from Pastor Eric, inviting you to make a Flood Bucket.
(Please DO follow the instructions for flood buckets…the video and PDF list…added or incorrect items will be extra work for other volunteers later…thank you so much…)

Bring your Flood Bucket with you to church between now and Sunday August 3rd, and we will collect them in the sanctuary, for shipment to affected areas.
You may also leave them outside the “1215 Door,” on Turner Ave, or the “Parking Lot Door” on the North Side of the Building.
The United Methodist Church maintains a “depot” in Kerrville, Texas for events just such as this one. Our sister church, FUMC Kerrville, has been a Red Cross Relief center. Hunt UMC has been serving meals daily for relief workers.
(See two videos, down this page, that tell their story….)
